Getting startedE-invoicing basics

Invoiceflair is the e-invoicing tool from Administrator.at B2B GmbH: it validates, displays, converts and creates electronic invoices in nine European formats — XRechnung, ZUGFeRD/Factur-X, Peppol BIS, FatturaPA, Finvoice, ebInterface, Austrofix, FA_VAT and Facturae — and derives real e-invoices from ordinary PDF invoices. Eight of the ten tools run without signing in.

The same program runs as a public service at www.invoiceflair.com and as an Enterprise installation on your own premises. Validation works against an in-house port of the EN 16931 rules; invoice data capture from PDFs is a layout heuristic with no cloud model and no training on customer data. The same tools are also available locally: as a workstation application for Windows and macOS, and as a server for AI assistants.

Invoiceflair DesktopThe same tools locally and without an internet connection, on Windows and macOS — with folder sync and a workstation licence.
