Invoice archive

The Invoice archive page (/en/account/archive), 25 entries per page.

Archiving is explicit — via “Save to archive” or “Finalise legally” on the result pages of the tools. The button appears only when signed in; the anonymous sequence never touches the archive.

Column Content
Number the invoice number
Seller → buyer from the parsed document
Invoice date, amount, format, source likewise

Search covers number, seller and buyer; in addition you can filter by payment status — open or paid.

State Meaning Deletable
Draft filed via “Save to archive” yes
Finalised number drawn, document immutable no — cancellation only
Cancelled reversed by a cancellation credit note no

More on this under Finalising and cancelling.

It reads the stored file afresh and renders it with the same building blocks as the result pages: a legible presentation plus a validation report.

Alongside that: download, toggling the payment status, cancelling, and mail dispatch.

Property Value
Recipient exactly one — no CC, no list; commas and semicolons are rejected
Attachment the archived file, unchanged
Sender from the configuration, invoice@docuflair.com by default, display name “Invoiceflair”
Subject and body prefilled and localised; the body can be overwritten
Available from the Team plan
Quota twice the invoice quota per month — so every invoice can be sent once more

After a successful send, the entry remembers the recipient and the time (“Sent to … on …”).

“Export archive (ZIP)” sits on the start page of “My area”: a ZIP with all archived files and a manifest table. See also Deleting the account — the deletion is irreversible, the statutory retention obligation is not.
